PURPOSE OF THIS CALL:

Channeled description by Djwhal Khul, also known as The Tibetan:

This is a “post-Halloween and pre-election in the USA” call to clear the astral plane and ethers. It is also exactly upon the day when Neptune goes direct in Aquarius, after having been retrograde since May 26.

Halloween is the time when the veil between the physical and astral planes is at its thinnest, allowing for the underworld to walk the surface. This is also a time when children and other innocents are more easily manipulated by unfriendly forces.

Neptune is known as the “Messenger of the Gods” and works with telepathic sensitivities. The moon will be in Sagittarius, adding to the physic sensitivities and prophetic tendencies, especially in children and animal companions.

The USA will be at its election for a new President, and this is typically a time when much mind control is rampant in the astral and other inner planes. The combination of astrological forces enables strong mind control for those who do not know how to counter its effects, or are otherwise unaware they are being manipulated.

We expect that all this congestion on the inner planes will also affect grown ups with moderate to great distress as the moon moves into Capricorn, aggravating unresolved Pluto in Capricorn lessons, just about when daylight savings time ends in the early AM on November 2.
